You are making an important investment in yourself or your child and your/their quality of life and future.
Payment for services is an important part of any professional relationship, including therapy. I realize that therapy involves a substantial amount of money. We’ll work together to ensure that you to get the best value for your money.
My fee is $180 for a regular 60 minute session, Monday through Friday, between 12pm and 6pm.
I accept HSA account cards, Credit/Debit cards, Cash and Checks. To save time, I prefer to use a card rather than take time during our session for payment.
Insurance
I am an independent provider and am not a provider for any insurance company including Medicaid. I do not file insurance claims, nor contract with Managed Care.
Because I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, some health insurance plans will help you pay for therapy.
Some insurance companies may cover part of your fees. You will need to determine the reimbursement policies of your insurance company. I can provide you a written statement to submit to them.
Information about confidentiality in regard to insurance and money matters:
- Some insurance companies require information about therapy. Insurers such as managed care organizations ask for much more information about you and your symptoms, as well as a detailed treatment plan. This becomes part of your medical record.
- To protect your privacy, I will not send statements or other information to your insurance company. I’ll only give that information to you so you know what your insurance company sees.
